After conducting extensive interviews and surveys involving more than 100 medical professionals, a vital revelation came to light. Regardless of their expertise, these practitioners faced a shared and formidable challenge: the complexity of managing their practices. The task of overseeing a healthcare practice had grown overwhelmingly demanding, requiring excessive time, effort, and resources.
